- Buying: Provides information specifically for those who already own a home but are moving up. Gives an overall view of the mortgage and home-buying process as well as access to various prequalification and payment calculators.
- Refinancing: Provides information specific to those interested in refinancing their existing mortgage and access to mortgage calculators that help them decide if it makes sense to refinance and which program would be best for them.
